<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:21.1pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly"><font style="font-size: 10.5pt;"><b>刘鉴毅</b><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">-</span>水产学院淡水渔业专业<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">1985</span>级校友。<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">1987</span>年<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">7</span>月分配到中国水产科学研究院长江水产研究所工作，<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">1999</span>年<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">7</span>月任长江水产研究所养殖育种研究室副主任。<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">2001</span>年<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">6</span>月华中科技大学生物医学工程研究生毕业。<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;"> 2006</span>年<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">12</span>月作为上海重点引进人才调入中国水产科学研究院东海水产研究所，受聘为中国农业科学研究院、上海海洋大学硕士生导师，现为东海水产研究所研究员（<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">2017</span>年<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">3</span>月<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">-2018</span>年<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">3</span>月在上海市人大常委会法工委办公室副主任挂职）。<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;"> <o:p></o:p></span></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly"><font style="font-size: 10.5pt;">刘鉴毅是中国大鲵子二代首次繁育和产业化创始人。<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">30</span>年从事淡水养殖和海水养殖相关科学研究和成果转化推广工作，成功解决了中华鲟精卵不同步和大鲵发育不同步等难题，建立了中华鲟大规格苗种培育技术体系；发明独特授精方法，突破大鲵人工繁殖子二代这一国际难题，实现大鲵增殖放流、种群重建和产业化开发，使濒临绝种的大鲵成为特色养殖新品种，成功带动了湘、鄂、粤、浙、赣、川、陕等地大鲵产业的发展；具体主持中华鲟繁殖、救护、放流技术的研究和推广，共繁育中华鲟<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">476</span>万尾，放流大规格中华鲟<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">35</span>万尾，成功抢救并放流中华鲟<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">129</span>尾。为中华鲟、大鲵、胭脂鱼、篮子鱼等水生动物繁育、养殖技术研究与可持续发展作出了重大贡献。<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;"> <o:p></o:p></span></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:21.1pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:26.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly"> <font style="font-size: 10.5pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">30</span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt;">年来，承担各类项目<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">35</span>项（主持<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">9</span>项，参加<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">26</span>项），并获国家科技进步二等奖<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">1</span>项，省部级奖<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">4</span>项，中国水产科学研究院一、二、三等奖各<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">1</span>项。其中“中华鲟物种保护技术研究”、“大鲵集约式养殖及其人工繁殖的研究”、“中国大鲵子二代规模化全人工繁育及保护和产业化关键技术研究”、“海水杂食性鱼类篮子鱼驯养繁育及生态养殖技术与应用”和“篮子鱼全人工繁育及养殖技术研究与应用”分别获<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">2007</span>年国家科技进步二等奖、<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">1996</span>年农业部科技进步三等奖、<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">2005</span>年广东省科学技术进步奖三等奖、<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">2014</span>年上海市科技进步二等奖和<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">2009</span>年中华农业科技奖三等奖；拥有“中华鲟人工受精方法及所用稀释液”、“大型野生中华鲟康复组剂”等授权发明专利<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">4</span>项，“大鲵恒温梯级循环养殖池”、“中华鲟活鱼运输箱”等新型实用专利<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">26</span>项。先后在《<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">Journal of Applied Ichthyology</span>》、《应用生态学报》、《水生生物学报》、《经济动物学报》、《海洋渔业》发表“<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">The effect of some water parameters on oxygen consumption rate of embryos and larvae of the Chinese Sturgeon (Acipenser sinensis)</span>”、“葛洲坝下中华鲟繁殖生物学特性及人工繁殖效果”、“几种不同浓度的离子及单糖对中华鲟精子活力的影响”、“中国大鲵子二代规模化人工孵化技术的研究”、“点篮子鱼人工繁育技术研究<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">"</span>等学术论文<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">120</span>篇（核心期刊<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">88</span>篇），其中第一作者论文<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">26</span>篇（含核心期刊<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">17</span>篇），被科学引文索引数据库<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">(SCI)</span>收录论文<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">7</span>篇，工程技术类综合检索（<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">EI</span>）论文<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">1</span>篇；另以第一作者身份在国际学术会议上宣读论文<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">2</span>篇，在国内重大学术会议交流论文<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">4</span>篇。参与编写《主要养殖品种及养殖模式关键技术》、《长江口中华鲟保护区科学考察与综合管理》等专著<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">4</span>部，制定“中国大鲵养殖标准”、“中国大鲵人工繁殖规程”标准<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">2</span>项。<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">2008</span>年<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">1</span>月获得由国务院总理温家宝主持、国家主席胡锦涛等政治局常委参加颁奖的<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">2007</span>年国家科技进步二等奖，<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt;">2009</span>年被中国水产科学研究院评为科技服务与推广工作先进个人，由于成就突出，多次接受中央电视台一套、七套、十套等专访，十余次被长江水产研究所和东海水产研究所评为优秀。</span></font></p>
