个人简介

李玲，博士，副教授，主要研究领域为海水观赏鱼人工繁育。熟练掌握多组学数据分析流程及方法，包括基于三代和二代测序进行基因组组装、利用Hi-C进行基因组组装校正、基因组重测序分析、全基因组DNA甲基化分析、转录组从头组装和差异表达分析、ATAC-seq分析等。
