一、个人基本情况

叶继丹,男,汉族,1966年生,博士,研究员。19876月毕业于华中农业大学,19906月和20036月毕业于东北农业大学,分别获农学学士、硕士 博士学位。 曾主持承担国家、省和市级项目15项;在发表学术论文90余篇,其中SCI论文18篇;获黑龙江省科技进步二等奖2项,农业部科技进步三等奖1项,厦门市科技进步二等奖1项;获得授权国家发明专利2项。

二、教学情况

为本科学生开设《动物营养学》和《配合饲料学》课程,为研究生开设《高级动物营养学》、《高级动物饲料学》和《水产动物营养与饲料学》。《配合饲料学》为集美大学精品课程。

三、研究方向

水产动物营养与代谢调控机理、水产饲料的研究与开发。

四、目前主持科研项目

1、主持国家自然科学基金项目“利用代谢组学方法研究牛磺酸调控鱼类生长的机制(31372546)”,2014.1-2017.12

2、主持福建省科技重大专项(专题)“石斑鱼健康养殖技术及高效配合饲料的研发和推广应用(2016NZ0001-3)”,2016.5-2019.5
